These sessions are a more strenuous, faster-paced workout for those with Pilates experience on the Pilates equipment. Make an appointment with two friends to do a reformer session targeting arms and legs, Wunda chair session targeting deep core and balance, spine corrector session targeting flexibility and inversion, or a circuit session of all three.

Gentle Flow Yoga
After a busy day, many of us race home and launch into meeting the needs of others, only to wake up the next morning and do it all over again. There is joy in work and helping others thrive, but it can also be tiring over time. Consider giving yourself a gentle transition from work to home on Tuesday nights. This one-hour gentle flow yoga class is accessible to all. We breathe, stretch, cultivate gratitude, and find calmness.

YouFit
Are you looking to add more cardio and weight-training to your fitness routine? This class is a fun and challenging total body workout. Simply choreographed cardio will be followed by a variety of body-weight and weighted exercises in a a circuit-style format.

Bosu balance trainers, stability balls, dumbbells, and resistance bands will add variety to your workout. Adaptations and progressions allow you to modify the exercises to meet your individual fitness goals and abilities.

YouFit Intro
Whether you’re starting a new habit and feel intimidated, or have taken a break from You Fit and would like to ease back in, or are recovered from an injury and need to begin again to get fit, or simply want to add a second class per week, You Fit Intro may be just what you’re looking for!

Designed to introduce YouFit content and prepare you for the full class, this introductory class will be offered on three consecutive Sundays from 2:30–3:30 pm, January 28 through February 11. The content will vary week by week, but will always include energetic cardio, total body, lower body, and upper body exercises with an extra emphasis on instruction and proper form. We’ll work at a slower pace than regular YouFit and will perform fewer exercises in each category to allow more time for instruction. You’ll still get a great workout!

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching is a highly effective flexibility technique that involves a combination of stretching and contracting muscles. It utilizes neurological principles to improve range of motion and flexibility. PNF stretching often involves a partner to assist in the process, making it a dynamic and engaging method for increasing flexibility in various muscle groups. This stretching technique is widely used in sports and rehabilitation settings to enhance flexibility, joint mobility, and overall muscle function.
